I don't know if photography has ever been a worshipful experience for anyone else, but when we did this session for nine day old Willa, I worshiped. This was an especially meaningful time for me, not just because this is my good friend's sweet child but because it was my first time to hold fresh life after my own devastating loss of our son nearly 2 years ago. I can feel the sweet balm of God's Spirit who has walked through the deep valley of death with me and the reality of the fullness and joy that He has given to me in my healing process. I trust that you will see the joy coming through as you look upon these images and celebrate with me what a joy fresh new life is!
